This is one of our local area Sauces, from Stringtown, KY.
Mark Cope made some sauce. He put up some in a jar and shared it with the boys. They kept after him till he made up another batch, then another batch and a new industry was born in Stringtown, KY. Now he makes it all the time. It’s Really Good!
