We will be doing another steak class on September 17th. Cost for the class with be $100/person. The class will include samples and beverages. We will cover Usda grades (select, choice, prime), American wagyu, the entire dry aging process, and a variety of cooking methods in different platforms. Please stop by the shop or call to register.
